Polyfetch

Terms of use

Last updated 1 October 2026.

The short version. Polyfetch is a free list of AI-training jobs published by other companies. We're not the employer. Check every detail with the company before you start, and never pay anyone to apply.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Polyfetch, which is run by the Polyfetch team. By using the site you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data, and how we make money explains our referral fees.

2. What Polyfetch is, and isn't

Polyfetch collects and summarises job listings that AI labs, data companies and other businesses publish. We are not the employer, recruiter or agent of any company listed, and we're not part of any agreement between you and them. Companies decide who they hire, what they pay, who is eligible and how the work is done.

Many of these roles are freelance or contractor work rather than employment. Your status, tax position and rights are set by the company's own terms and the law where you live.

3. Listings and accuracy

We review listings and check links regularly, but we can't guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current or still open. Pay, eligibility (such as country, qualifications or language), hours and availability can change without notice. Some listing text is drafted with the help of AI from the company's public posting, then reviewed by us.

If our listing and the company's own page disagree, the company's page is correct. Always confirm the details with the company before you accept work.

If you represent a company and something about you is wrong, email jon@solura.ai and we'll fix or remove it.

4. Stay safe: never pay to apply

Real AI-training companies don't charge you to apply, to train, or for “starter kits” or equipment. Be cautious if anyone:

Check that you're on the company's real website. If a listing looks wrong, report it to jon@solura.ai and we'll investigate and remove it if needed. Polyfetch will never ask you for payment or for your password.

5. Links to other sites

Apply buttons and other links take you to sites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we're not responsible for their content or actions.

6. Referral fees and ranking

Some Apply links are referral links: if you're hired through one, the company may pay us a fee. Each listing says beside its Apply button whether it's a referral link. The fee comes from the company; you never pay us anything. Whether we earn a fee has no effect on which jobs we list or how they're ordered. If we ever offer paid or featured placements, they'll be clearly labelled “Sponsored”.

7. Your account

Accounts are optional, free and for people aged 18 or over. You sign in with Google and you're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can delete your Polyfetch account at any time from your account page.

8. Fair use

Please don't:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. We'll tell you why unless the law or safety reasons prevent it.

9. Our content

The site's design, code and our own writing belong to us or our licensors. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their listings. You're welcome to share links to listings.

10. Availability

We provide Polyfetch free of charge and “as is”. We may change, pause or stop parts of it, and we'll try to give notice of significant changes.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Apart from that, we're not liable for:

Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to £100.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll email account holders at least 14 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using the site and delete your account.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear disputes. If you're a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
