How we make money
Polyfetch is free for you, and always will be. Here's exactly how we earn money, in plain terms.
Referral fees
Some companies run referral programmes. When an Apply button on Polyfetch is a referral link and you're hired through it, that company may pay us a fee. That is currently our only source of income.
What that means for you
- The fee never comes from you. Referral fees are paid by the company, not taken from your pay, and you never pay us anything. Your pay and terms are set by the company, as they would be if you applied directly.
- Every Apply button tells you. Each listing says whether its link is a referral link or a direct link we earn nothing from.
- Fees don't affect rankings. Jobs are sorted by date or pay. Whether we earn a fee is never part of the ordering, and we list roles whether or not they pay us.
- We never charge you, and we never ask for your personal details to apply. You apply on the company's own site.
If anything changes
If we ever add sponsored or featured listings, they'll be clearly labelled "Sponsored" and this page will be updated first.
