micro1 is engaging Bilingual Tagalog Psychologist (PhD)s to contribute expertise to an innovative customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

  • Analyze and assess psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced feedback and insights based on professional experience.
  • Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Tagalog and English for data enrichment and model training purposes.
  • Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
